This legal document is an agreement between the registered owner of an i dream stock images CD-ROM, hereafter referred to as the LICENSEE, and i dream stock, the LICENSOR. By using the images, the LICENSEE agrees to be bound by all of the terms of this agreement, which includes the binding clauses. If you do not agree to the terms presented in this License Agreement, you may return the CD-ROM to receive a full refund, provided that the CD-ROM has not been open and the seal is intact.

In accordance with the following License Agreement, you may use the images only within the restricted scope granted by i dream stock. The images on the CD-ROM are high-resolution images of 40MB. You may copy the images on the CD-ROM, and we grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the images in one physical location under one organization.

All rights of the images published by i dream stock shall be owned by i dream stock and/or its LICENSEE and are protected under international copyright laws and treaties, the local copyright laws, and any applicable laws.
i dream stock and/or its LICENSEE hold continuously all of the rights that are not granted in this License Agreement. The images sold to the LICENSEE must be used only by the LICENSEE, On termination of this License, the LICENSEE agrees to stop use of the images, erase any saved images, and return the CD-ROM to i dream stock.

The LICENSEE may use the images on a worldwide and perpetual basis as a part of:

advertising and promotional materials (including packaging);

online and multimedia (including web page design) and webcasts and exhibitions;

any products (including for-sale products) or print/online publications; and

materials for personal, non-commercial use, including sampling, comping and layouts.

Any images used for commercial purposes must include a reference
within the product to i dream stock and the Web site, www.idreamstock.com

The LICENSEE may not:

copy the images into any type, but the usage expressly specified;

distribute and/or sell any image of i dream stock in either traditional or digital method unless it is to use for the licensed purpose;

create any object based on an i dream stock image;

modify or redesign any image for the purpose of reselling the purchased images;

use the images for immoral, pornographic, defamatory, and/or any other illegal purpose; and

sell or transfer images or the CD-ROM to a third party in part of another product unless it is for the licensed purpose.

This License Agreement is a translation of an original document in Korean. In the event of any dispute, the original Korean License Agreement takes precedence.
